Do you know the Au bout là-bas bakery
Open for a few months at the corner of Notre-Dame and 14th avenue in Lachine, this bakery is the fruit of the work of Samuel and Christina, the owners, who allow us to have a bakery worthy of the name in Lachine, and therefore , give us a lot of happiness.
Samuel, a chef originally from France, takes baking with the seriousness it deserves. EVERYTHING is made on site: the breads, the fougasses, the croissants, etc. etc.
The result is a freshness and delight in the products that we did not have in Lachine before, and which has nothing to envy of the famous neighborhood bakeries in France.
Samuel and his team arrive at the bakery in the early hours of the morning (even more so on weekends) to have time to prepare all the products for the opening.
On Saturday morning, a real neighborhood party takes place there, with a growing line of happy Lachinois, Samuel and his team who serving and greeting their customers, most of them by their first name.
Our favorite products: the ham and cheese baguette for lunch, the orzo salad, the lemon and cranberry square, the new carrot muffins, and of course the classic baguettes and croissants.
